Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Eligibility for Returns

We will accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is unopened

  • The item is in its original, sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

If the above conditions are met, please contact us at support@snaplabsco.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with damaged or missing seals

  • Products returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an incorrect item.
